Dixxband

„DixXband“, the jazz and pop band, is one of the leading musical groups in Lithuania. Recognized as one of the most popular Lithuanian bands, “DixXband” plays traditional jazz, Dixieland, performs in New Orleans style and warms up the audience with popular music including: Rock&Roll, Jive, Latino, Soul, Disco. It has been eight years since the band showed up with its first performance. During this period “DixXband” has entered national and foreign jazz stages in France, Ukraine and Poland as well as arranged performances in numerous festivals. It also gigs at music clubs, constantly takes part in different city festivals, business and private events. The major part of its activity is the realization of new projects and programs together with jazz and pop performers: Kristina Svolkinaitė, Vytautas Grubliauskas – Kongas, Živilė Povilaitytė, Ričardas Kukulskis, Natalija Vasnesvskaja and many others.
